Billing & Plans

Understand CallScaler's pricing, plans, and billing system.

How Billing Works

CallScaler uses a subscription + usage model. You pay a monthly subscription fee for your plan, which includes a base allocation of numbers, minutes, texts, and team members. Usage beyond your plan's included amounts is charged to your account balance.

Plans

CallScaler offers plans for both single businesses and agencies managing multiple businesses:

  • Starter ($49/mo) — 10 numbers, 500 local minutes, 500 texts, 2 users
  • Professional ($99/mo) — 50 numbers, 2,000 local minutes, 2,000 texts, 5 users, AI transcription, Robocall Extinguisher
  • Enterprise ($299/mo) — Unlimited numbers & minutes, unlimited users, all addons included, white labeling, priority support

Usage Pricing

When you exceed your plan's included amounts, overage charges are deducted from your account balance:

  • Additional local numbers: $1.50/month each
  • Additional toll-free numbers: $3.00/month each
  • Local minutes (overage): ~$0.03/minute
  • Toll-free minutes: ~$0.06/minute
  • Text messages: $0.01/segment
  • Call recording: included with calls
  • AI transcription: $0.05/minute
  • Robocall scanning: $0.0125/call

Account Balance

Your account balance covers usage charges beyond your plan's included amounts. You can add funds manually from the Billing page or enable auto top-up to automatically refill when your balance drops below a threshold.

Auto Top-Up

Enable auto top-up from Settings → Billing to never run out of balance. Configure two settings:

Threshold: When your balance drops below this amount, auto top-up triggers
Refill Amount: How much to add each time auto top-up triggers

For example: "When balance drops below $10, add $50."

Payment Methods

CallScaler accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Update your payment method from Settings → Billing → Payment Method.

Invoices

View your complete billing history including subscription charges, usage charges, balance top-ups, and credits from the Billing section. Each entry shows the date, amount, description, and running balance.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription from Settings → Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you can still access your data but won't be able to receive new calls. Numbers will be released at the end of the billing period.
