What Are Qualified Calls?
A "qualified" call is one that represents a genuine lead or business opportunity — as opposed to wrong numbers, spam calls, or short hangups. CallScaler lets you mark calls as qualified manually or set automatic qualification rules.
Manual Qualification
In the Call Log, click on any call to open the detail view. Use the "Mark as Qualified" button to flag it as a legitimate lead. You can also assign a dollar value to the call for ROI calculations.
Automatic Qualification Rules
Set rules to automatically qualify calls based on criteria like:
- •Minimum call duration (e.g., calls over 60 seconds are qualified)
- •First-time caller (new callers only)
- •Call was answered (not missed or voicemail)
Qualified Call Reporting
Filter your Call Log and Dashboard to show only qualified calls. This gives you a cleaner picture of actual lead generation performance across your marketing campaigns.
