Resell CallScaler under your own brand with custom domain, logo, and pricing.

What is White Labeling?

White labeling lets you resell CallScaler as if it were your own product. Your clients log into your custom domain, see your logo and brand colors, and never know they're using CallScaler. You set your own pricing and keep the markup.

Configuration

Set up white labeling from the White Label settings page. Configure:

Custom Domain: Point your own domain (e.g., tracking.youragency.com) to CallScaler using a CNAME record
Brand Name: Replace "CallScaler" with your company name throughout the UI
Logo: Upload your own logo (displayed in the sidebar and login page)
Primary Color: Customize the accent color to match your brand
Support Email: Set a support email address that appears in the UI

Pricing Markup

Set markup pricing for your clients:

Number markup — Additional cents per number per month (on top of CallScaler's base cost)
Minute markup — Additional cents per minute of call time
SMS markup — Additional cents per text message

Your clients see your marked-up prices. You keep the difference.

SSL & Domain Setup

After configuring your custom domain, CallScaler will automatically provision an SSL certificate for it. This typically takes a few minutes. Once provisioned, your white-label instance is accessible over HTTPS at your custom domain.
