Robocall Extinguisher

AI-powered robocall and spam call detection with automatic blocking.

How It Works

The Robocall Extinguisher uses AI to analyze every incoming call and assign a risk score from 1 to 100. Low scores (1–20) indicate legitimate callers, while high scores (80–100) indicate likely robocalls or spam. You set a blocking threshold, and calls above that score are automatically rejected before they ring your phone.

Setting Your Threshold

The blocking threshold determines how aggressive the filtering is:

Conservative (80+): Only blocks obvious robocalls. May let some spam through.
Moderate (60+): Good balance of protection and accessibility.
Aggressive (40+): Blocks most suspicious calls but may occasionally block legitimate callers.

We recommend starting at 70 and adjusting based on your experience.

You can set different thresholds on different call flows. Use a higher threshold on public-facing numbers and a lower one on internal lines.

Risk Score in Call Log

Every call in your Call Log shows its robocall risk score. Use this column to quickly spot suspicious calls. You can filter the Call Log by risk score range to review calls that were close to your threshold.

Blocklists & Allowlists

Maintain custom blocklists and allowlists to override the AI scoring:

Blocklist: Phone numbers that should always be rejected
Allowlist: Phone numbers that should always be allowed through, regardless of risk score

Manage these lists from the Robocall Extinguisher settings page.

Pricing

The Robocall Extinguisher costs $0.0125 per call scanned. This applies to all inbound calls on call flows where it's enabled. There's no monthly fee — you only pay per scan.
